Welcome to My Web Page!

I am a Graduate Student in International Affairs Department focusing on the comparative study of immigration, immigrant related attitudes and political behavior. My current research agenda aims at development of a comprehensive view of how increasing immigration out-groups affect `natives' attitudes towards immigrants, immigration policy and electoral behavior. I am especially interested in definition of what constitutes immigrant-native contact and how various forms of such contact interact with individual ideological biases in formulation of immigration related attitudes. As a side project, I am also interested in civil war phenomena as an especially pernicious manifestation of ingroup-outgroup competition.
